She has deep experience in the technology sector in UK, EMEA and global roles delivering HR solutions in fast-paced, change-orientated environments.

Identifying Reward principles, implementing levelling frameworks, end to end pay benchmarking, pay ranges and flightpaths plus costings
Redesign and digital implementation of Recognition for corporate and retail, including peer to peer, management recognition and annual award events
Redesign of Private Medical Insurance to reduce cost risk to business and implement more choice to employees
Lead on terms and conditions, reward and benefits for multiple insource and outsource projects, including due diligence, measures, consultation and harmonisation
Designing, developing and implementing Reward Governance.
Managed successful compliance of pension auto-enrolment, including reāenrolment process. Implementation of a 5 year plan to harmonise pension contributions, including the launch of bonus sacrifice and pension flex allowance. Implementation and leadership of internal pension governance committee
Lead development for HR Business Partners on annual pay and bonus review, implementation and testing of new HRIS compensation module and automation of pay/bonus letters
Policy review and development specialising in flexible & hybrid working, time off, family friendly and holiday trading
Redesign of Retail reward, rebalancing between fixed and variable elements, including employee consultation
Review, revise and align out of hours payments (shift, on call and overtime) for technology division to support new business operational requirements
