Coaching

One of our key missions is to enable knowledge of Reward and share our skills and experiences. An organisation's people are its greatest cost and greatest asset. We seek to give the tools to get the most out of this investment.

To be as flexible as possible, we offer a number of online coaching modules for individuals to access and complete remotely. Details of all the online coaching modules we offer can be found here: Online Coaching Modules

The overall objective is to build Reward understanding. This is not about what you can read in a textbook. Neither is it a series of case studies - reward may be 80% the same the 20% that is company specific is critical. Really this is what we should be thinking about in designing and running reward in our organisations to get the best out of that investment. The aim is to give participants a toolkit to draw from.

Whilst many people could benefit from the sessions, these are aimed in particular at:

  • Reward managers and analysts wanting to expand their knowledge
  • HRBPs and generalists wanting to understand more about this specialist area

Our Coaching Topics

The format of our courses is designed to provide detailed, curated expert material in bitesize chunks, making our courses suited for all experience levels.

The format is based on a series of voiced slides which can be paused at any time, follow up quizzes, and reflection exercises.

Each module typically takes 1-1.5 hours to complete.

Each module is £175.

We offer access to every module for 12 months for £1750.

We also have bundles of modules on a theme at a reduced cost.
