Introduction

At Reward Heads, we believe that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and in accordance with their legal rights.

Modern slavery, child labour and human trafficking are serious crimes and a violation of fundamental human rights.

There are various forms of this 'Modern Slavery' which deprives victims of their liberty and can often involve financial exploitation.

At Reward Heads, we are fully committed to conducting our business fairly, ethically, and in accordance with people's fundamental human rights.

We are fully committed to preventing all forms of slavery, forced labour or servitude, child labour and human-trafficking, both in our business and in our supply chain. We will not tolerate it and will take appropriate steps should we have reason to believe it is occurring at any stage.

What are we Doing to Prevent Slavery and Human Trafficking

At Reward Heads, we perform proper and appropriate checks on all team members, recruitment agencies, and suppliers in order to know who is working for or on behalf of us.

We provide every team member with a written contract of employment.

We pay every team member in accordance with the law.

We comply with our legal obligations to ensure the health and safety of all of our team members and workers, including in relation to working hours, rest breaks and holidays.

All team members are required to sign a copy of this policy to show they have read and understood it.

Reporting Breaches of Modern Slavery

Our team must immediately report any suspicions of Modern Slavery or human-trafficking in our business or supply chain to our CEO, who will investigate within a reasonable time, and will take the appropriate action.

Our team will not be treated unfavourably if they report any genuine concerns raised in good faith in accordance with this policy. This applies even if, after investigation, they are found to be mistaken. If they believe that they have suffered any such treatment, they should refer to our Grievance and Whistleblowing Policies.
