At Reward Heads we offer Reward Forums for HR and Reward people to meet, share and present issues of the day into which we provide our expert insight.
Our Reward Forums are and always have been free. We believe that, whilst many are competing for talent, through sharing and communication, we can make the individual experience better for everyone and organisations can see practically how others are approaching issues and learn about specific topics.
Our Reward Forums provide valuable new insight: either through our specialised guest speakers on certain topics, or one of our Reward Heads experts structuring the direction of each forum. Our forums are rich with topic-related questions answered by and for each other, and often result in real time survey data.
