Emma has 10 years' experience in HR, across a variety of sectors mostly in hospitality, retail and property sector. Her Reward and HR experience includes compensation, benefits, communications and engagement.
Emma started her career in Reward following her degree in Law, which makes her have a key attention to detail, ability to problem solve and being able to communicate effectively and clearly.
Emma is passionate about ensuring employees are engaged and well informed around reward and benefits. She enjoys working through data and is keen to use analysis to create simple and straightforward solutions to help achieve goals. Emma prides herself on having a ‘let’s get this done’ attitude and thrives best when working in a team to accomplish the job at hand.

Developing salary bands and pay frameworks for clients across varying sectors.
Supporting on Gender Pay Gap reporting and other legislative compensation elements, such as National Minimum Wage.
Managing and reviewing benefits including private medical insurance, critical illness, income protection, health assessments, EAP services, fleet management, holiday buy and sell and long service awards.
Provide coaching, training, and guidance on reward strategy principles to stakeholders.
