Hannah is an experienced Reward professional with over 13 years Reward experience, as well as three years in editorial and copy writing driving a passion for detail and effective communication. Having spent ten years in Reward roles with four major UK retailers, she has worked with Reward Heads since 2017 specialising in the Retail and Hospitality sectors, and more recently the Voluntary sector, where she has worked on a range of client engagements.
A Chartered member of the CIPD, Hannah is passionate about delivering and communicating effective Reward solutions that are fit for purpose for each individual client, aligning to individual culture and values whilst motivating, educating, and supporting an organisation's greatest investment - their people.

Extensive experience in salary benchmarking, job levelling and grading, pay modelling, and creating guidelines and communications
Developing salary bands and pay frameworks for a range of organisations and different business areas
Designing and implementing a pay for performance framework
Supporting on pay strategy for retail and support roles, including building pay models, forecasting, and drawing on market knowledge and experience
Leading Benefits reviews for a number of organisations across sectors including retail and charity, in terms of both brand alignment and against external market; supporting benefits education and developed communications
Reviewing retail bonus schemes including modelling, bonus design, engagement, and communication
Managing end to end annual pay review and bonus processes
A full review of location allowances to support brand integration
Delivering a Sharesave plan including document design and communication and managing the supplier relationship
Conducting policy reviews and recommendations including Fuel card policy, relocation, and all Family Friendly policies
