Niamh is an experienced reward professional with over 20 years of specialist reward experience. She held senior reward roles in a number of large UK retailers before moving into consulting in 2017 where she has worked extensively across the Retail sector as well as within Infrastructure and Media.
Niamh is passionate about delivering simple. effective reward solutions hardwired into the organisation's unique strategy and context. She has worked on a wide range of complex reward projects covering all aspects of reward and enjoys working through strategic challenges as well as rolling her sleeves up to mine and analyse the detail.
A Chartered member of the CIPD Niamh also holds the CIPD's Advanced Certificate in Reward Management with merit.
